Buckingham Browne & Nichols is seeking a full-time Lower School Math Co-Teacher for Grades 1&2.
The role of the mathematics specialist is vital to the success of students' mathematics achievement and the ongoing development of BB&N's mathematics program. In this role, you will co-plan and co-teach with homeroom teachers to implement the mathematics curriculum
The focus is to determine the appropriate pace and differentiation for each unit of study that will meet the needs of all learners. Having a deep knowledge of mathematics content at each grade level is a priority to support students' needs both in terms of enrichment and learning styles
- Overseeing the implementation of the mathematics curriculum.
- Co-planning and co-teaching with homeroom teacher
Responsibilities
