Ansell is looking for an Associate Specialist, HR Administration to join our team in Iselin, NJ

  • In this position you will play a vital role in providing professional level support to the Sr. Director, HR Americas, the HRLT, as well as to the HR Americas team. This position must be able to plan, organize and coordinate a broad assortment of HR activities and projects in a timely manner and be able to interact routinely with all levels of management exercising independent discretion and judgment and always maintaining the highest level of confidentiality.

What your role will be?

  • Collaborating with our cross functional teams, and reporting to the Associate Director, US HR, you will have the opportunity to:
  • Administrative support to the HRLT and HRBPs of the Americas.
  • Responsible for HRIS onboarding processes (and data) including coordination with IT, Payroll, Facilities and Finance.
  • Responsible for managing new hire background checks and drug screening process. Ensure results are shared with HRBPs and HR leadership
  • Maintain US based employee personnel files, including insuring offer letters, Performance Appraisals, job descriptions, etc. are included and up to date in the files. Manage HR Audit and HR's liaison with Internal Audit. Responsible for the summary audit review and ensuring remedy plans are actionable, as applicable.
  • Maintenance of I9s for US employees. Manage annual review and updates for "authorization to work" document renewals.
  • Project Support coordination and administrative support for assigned projects and initiatives that require input and action from the HR team.

What will you bring to Ansell?_ _**- Intermediate to advanced administrative and data management experience required

  • Previous experience working in a corporate environment preferred.
  • HRIS experience preferred
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate with peers and key partners across functions.
