Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain dealership vehicle inventory which includes but not limited to:
- Daily ensure the inventory is in the correct locations on the lot and fix any parking that needs to be addressed to meet dealership display standards
- Daily address any service vehicles that may be parked in the wrong area and move to appropriate location
- Rotate the inventory periodically as directed by management
- Perform Checkovers on incoming inventory which includes, but is not limited to:
- Stocking in the vehicles with correct stock number, stock tags, window stickers, & tag
- Creating key tags for all vehicles and enter them into the key machine
- Removal of preexisting stickers or tags
- Take quality pictures of the exterior of the inventory for digital marketing
- Ensure vehicle is with the service department for inspection after everything else is done
- Perform Quality Control Checks which includes, but not limited to:
- Test drive inventory after it is finished with service to ensure all issues have been found and addressed
- Perform Final Photos which includes, but not limited to:
- Take quality pictures of the inventory both interior and exterior for digital marketing
- Verify all dealer marketing materials are on the car and properly presented
- Park the vehicle in the appropriate place on the lot for customer presentation
- Always secure vehicles when finished by locking the doors, making sure all windows are close, and keys have been returned to the key machine
- Proficiently use all dealership inventory and communication tools
- Communicate with all departments and organize the moving of any necessary vehicles from location to location, or even to other service departments when needed
- Work with the Detail Department to prioritize the inventory that needs to be cleaned
- Perform monthly Physical Inventory
- Manage landscaping & maintenance vendors
- Maintain and clean dealership property of any debris, trash, ice, or snow as necessary
- Enthusiastically assist customers when needed
- Adhere to and enforce dealership policies and procedures
- Demonstrate ethical business practices and integrity in all interactions
- Immediately communicate with management whenever a concern or situation arises
- Safeguard dealership assets and customer data
- Adhere to a consistent and reliable work schedule
- Consistently remain engaged with management and team members to foster a successful working relationship
- Other duties as assigned by management
Job Type & Pay:
- Fulltime 40 hour work week

Qualifications:
- Previous dealership experience or experience in a similar field is helpful, but not necessary.
- Valid Driver's License
- Must have a clean driving record
- Must be able to pass drug test
- Must be able to pass background check
Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
