What you'll need to apply:

• Bachelor's Degree required (Criminal Justice, Psychology, History, Political Science or other writing intensive major preferred)
• Familiarity and comfort with navigating ambiguity as well as a basic understanding of the workers' compensation system or desire to learn the system
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of information
• Ability to juggle multiple research reports at once while maintaining work quality and turnaround time while communicating effectively with Intel supervisor

What a day in the life of an All-Source Analyst looks like:

• Weekly Work

Schedule:

Full Time, Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm
(In office):

• Learn Digi Stream's array of investigative services.
• Keep track of the digital footprint of claimants under investigation and create updates for the client.
• Communicate with office staff and surveillance investigators to relay important findings from case results.
• Analyze complex investigations and search for potential upsell opportunities to recommend.
• Fulfill ancillary assignments on an as needed basis
• Order and review Medical/Gym records retrieval efforts, ensuring communication with the medical records Sweep provider to maintain quality assurance.
• Keep track of record retrieval assignments, taking thorough notes and periodically checking in with the recordholder to maintain efficiency.

Compensation/Benefits:

• Entrylevel pay: $20.00 per hour

Pay Dates and Pay Periods:

Pay Dates: 7th and 22nd of each month
Pay Periods: 1st - 15th, and 16th - last day of the month
