Job Title: Communications Specialist I

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Indianapolis, IN, USA

Pay Range: $25 per hour

Description of responsibilities:

We are looking for a talented individual to join the client's Enterprise Communications team as a Digital Communications Specialist. This role is vital in executing content across internal communications channels to keep employees well informed and engaged on the organization's goals. It requires project management, technical expertise, and strategic thinking for flawless digital communications.
Key Responsibilities :

Digital Content Execution: Collaborate with teams to ensure flawless content distribution across channels such as email marketing, digital signage, and intranet. Support internal communications processes and uphold brand standards.
Technical skills: Experience with email marketing platforms, content management systems, and graphic design tools. Strong project management skills and the ability to analyze communication tactics.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in communications or related field, years of experience in digital communications, strong writing and editing skills, working knowledge of AP style.

Additional Information:

This is a 40-hour per week contract position. Two workdays are in the Indianapolis office. Candidate must be based in Indiana.
Position may require flexible daily work hours for high-priority projects.
