Description
We are currently seeking a Community Collaboration Specialist to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana.
Who are we?
We are a nonprofit Head Start organization that was established in 1974. We serve migrant and seasonal farmworker children and families by providing high-quality early childhood education in a safe and nurturing environment. We have close to 50 campuses across 10 states, and we serve nearly 3,000 children each year.
Essential Function
As the Community Collaboration Specialist, you will be responsible for leading and developing the community assessment for Service Area 3 (IN, OK, AL, GA) and for developing state level collaborations in Service Area 3 to enable and enhance the work of ECMHSP. How to be qualified
Accepted: Bachelor in agriscience, business, communication, data analytics, education, or related fields. Five years of experience working with farmworker community or other advocacy organization.
Preferred: Master in agriscience, business, communication, data analytics, education, or related fields. Five years of experience working with farmworker community or other advocacy organization.
Starting Salary: $46,000 + depending on education and experience
