    Description

    We are currently looking for talented and innovative team members to join our team as Intermediate and Senior Architectural Designers.

    You will collaborate with Project Managers and Project Architects to shape the design concept and development for various project types, such as Hospitality (Country Clubs & Hotels), Restaurants, Mixed-Use, and Commercial spaces. Your ability to translate ideas from your mind to paper in a clear and client-focused manner is crucial for this role.

    Our success hinges on recruiting, nurturing, and empowering skilled individuals. To qualify for this opportunity, you must meet the following minimum criteria:


    - Bachelor's Degree in Architecture


    - 5-7 years' experience with hand sketching


    - Proficiency in Creative Conceptual Design, Design Development, and Floor Planning


    - Effective communication of Design Intent in a relatable manner

    The ideal candidate should also have expertise in the following areas:


    - Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD Architecture


    - Space Planning for Commercial and Mixed-Use settings


    - Experience in traditional and digital design mediums


    - Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator)
