Responsibilities
Phraction is seeking a Client Communications Director to bridge connections between clients and the firm. The main reporting office for this role will be in the Colchester location.
Ongoing responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Household Advocate / Coordinator / Liaison / Planner_
- Collate and deliver wholistic progress reports to clients by collaborating with relevant Phraction service teams
- Build relationships with clients via consistent outreach to discuss open items, ongoing tasks, completed projects and future goals
- Synthesize internal priorities and assignments based upon client communication and feedback
- Coordinate services, offerings and resources to achieve client needs
- Maintain household specific service calendar to enhance client experience
- Ensure delivery of firm outputs and receive input upon receipt
- Participate in client meetings to actively learn needs and enhance niche household knowledge
- Foster trusted connection with clients to increase and monitor satisfaction levels
- Business Development_
- Curate household specific internal business plan which balances servicing bandwidth, client satisfaction and revenue margins
- Strengthen existing relationships and consider organic growth opportunities
- Use existing network to evaluate, track and outreach to potential new opportunities
- Develop repeatable and scalable process to achieve position responsibilities
- Structure IT capabilities to further organize, streamline, improve efficiencies and automate
- General Operations & Business Administration_
- As needed, and as bandwidth allows
Qualifications
- Financial Services Experience Required, Series 65 License or equivalent preferred.
