State Farm Agent in Chicago seeks a bilingual spanish/english Customer Service / Sales Representative/Agent Team Member.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Establish insurance customer relationships and follow up with insurance customers, as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly insurance customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, insurance coverages, insurance policy changes, transfers, insurance claim submissions, and insurance billing clarification.
  • Use a customerfocused, needsbased review process to educate customers about insurance options.
  • Continuous network to develop prospective insurance customers

Insurance Licenses required or able to obtain asap:

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must be able to successfully complete any applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents' employees are not employees of State Farm.
