LPN | 3p-11p | Long Term Care in Delaware

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team.
As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing quality care and support to patients in various healthcare settings.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of individuals in need of medical assistance.

Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team

Assist with medical procedures such as cardiac catheterization and botulinum toxin treatment
Perform phlebotomy and collect laboratory specimens for testing
Provide direct patient care, including assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
Educate patients and their families on healthcare procedures, medications, and selfcare techniques
Maintain accurate and uptodate medical records
Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and standards

Previous experience working with children is preferred

Familiarity with occupational health practices is a plus
Experience working in assisted living or nursing home facilities is beneficial
Proficiency in performing dermal fillers is an asset
