    Yard Associate College Station
    We are eagerly seeking a proactive and dynamic Yard Associate College Station to become an integral part of our team. Your dedication to exceptional customer service will be paramount as you assist clients in selecting the right products for their needs, providing knowledgeable guidance and support throughout their experience. Your commitment to safety will ensure that all tasks, from unloading incoming shipments to loading outbound deliveries, are executed with precision and care. Beyond the day-to-day responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to actively contribute to the optimization of our branch operations, collaborating with team members and management to implement innovative solutions and enhance efficiency. As a Yard Associate, you will not only play a pivotal role in the success of our business but also have the chance to cultivate valuable skills and experiences in a dynamic and supportive work environment.

    Responsibilities for Yard Associate:
    • Unload product from incoming trucks
    • Load products into outbound vehicles, both customer and company
    • Replenish or move product at the branch as directed
    • Assist customers with product selection and provide additional support when needed
    • Partner with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working to help positively impact business performance
    • Other duties as assigned
    Qualifications for Yard Associate:
    • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds on a consistent basis
    • Must have a safety-minded work ethic
    • Must be customer-focused and an enthusiastic, dependable team player
    • Availability between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm, with rotating Saturday shifts
    • Green industry experience and familiarity with landscape, hardscape, nursery, forestry, or irrigation products is a plus
    • Experience operating equipment such as a forklift, skid steer, or front-end loader also a plus
    • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
    Location:
    • College Station
    Salary:
    • $15 per hour
    Schedule:
    • Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 4:00 pm (with potential for extended hours during busy seasons, up to 5:00 pm) and rotating Saturdays, 7:00 am - 11:00 am
