We provide a range of services including individual psychotherapy, testing, medication management, TMS, EMDR, group therapy, family and couples therapy, Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy, es-Ketamine nasal spray (Spravato) therapy, and much more.

We want our clinicians to focus on clinical care We provide clients, admin support, consultation, and a friendly team to call _family_.

No need for billing, marketing, networking, or administrative headaches.

Pay:
Starting at $48/hour ($99,840 based on 40hrs/wk), incrementally increases

Type of Employment:
Full-time or part-time available (minimum 10hrs/week)

The Clinical Experience:

Focus on clinical care while we take care of the administrative burden
A collaborative familylike environment with the encouragement of selfcare allows a healthy worklife balance
Choose when, where, and how many clients you want to see. You can design the career you want with options for fulltime, parttime, remote, inperson, hybrid, and a customized caseload

Responsibilities:

Provide high quality, compassionate and ethical outpatient mental health therapy
Maintain an active, unrestricted license or registration to practice in California
Complete clinical documentation within 7days (diagnosis, client goals, intervention, response, and plan)
Parttime: Provide a minimum of 10 client sessions per week, any hours of any days your choice
Fulltime: Provide a minimum of 30 client sessions per week, any hours of any days your choice

Qualifications and Skills:

Active Board of Behavioral Sciences registration number (ACSW, MFT, etc.) in the State of CA
Prior experience providing psychotherapy is desired but not necessary
