    Commercial Litigation Attorney - Stamford, CT

    Our client is a top firm, seeking an associate with 2-5 years of experience for its Complex Commercial Litigation group in Stamford, CT.

    Qualified Candidates

    • 2-5 years of experience handling all aspects of commercial litigation.
    • Familiarity with the state and federal courts in Connecticut.
    • Experience with government and internal investigations is a plus.
    • Candidates interested in handling discovery, taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing pleadings and motions, day-to-day case management, and participation in trial preparation.
    • Prior experience as a judicial clerk is a plus [not required].
    • Connecticut bar admission is required [New York bar and admission to NY courts is a plus].
    • Excellent client-interfacing skills; team focused.
    • Excellent writing, verbal and interpersonal skills.

    This position offers a hybrid in-office / remote schedule. All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
