Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Litigation Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in litigation, exceptional analytical abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding legal representation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research and analysis to support litigation proceedings.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
• Assist with deposition preparation and witness interviews.
• Manage discovery processes, including document collection, review, and production.
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel.
• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners to develop case strategies.
• Stay abreast of legal developments and precedents relevant to assigned cases.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the NY state bar and in good standing.
• Specialization in one or more areas of commercial, securities, financial, transactional, real property, estate, divorce, and employment law relevant to the firm's practice.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
