Description

• Gather work orders for the day, locate materials and load to the appropriate machine/personnel depending on machine capacity.
• Process incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders, return authorizations and material for inspection.
• Conducts inspections of returned materials as necessary.
• Prepare outbound shipments, including quality inspections, gathering quotes, scheduling trucks for pickup, creating bill of ladings, packing, labeling, and loading.
• Maintain organized inventory and storage areas by utilizing a locator system and conducting periodic cycle counts or full physical inventories; whichever is required by the company.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklift trucks.
• Perform order picking and packing as needed and assist the team with setup on their machines.
• Ensure accuracy and quality in order fulfillment.
• Conduct basic math calculations for inventory counts and other tasks.
• Other duties as required.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years previous experience in a shipping and receiving position.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and stock management.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks, forklift trucks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Proficiency in using inventory management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic math skills for inventory counts and order verification.
