Description

Lead and manage all activities for the USA associated with asset creation and/or asset redevelopment and capital projects while adhering to project schedules, approved budgets, lender and/or ownership (partner) requirements.

Work with Chief Operating Officer (US), Vice President of Project Management, Design and Delivery (Group) and the Regional Executive and Village Management Teams, or other nominated personnel as required.

Identify, implement, and lead strategic master planning processes, bid and asset re-development opportunities within the US that align with and to CLV's approved strategy and identified development opportunities.

Implement a collaborative and structured masterplan and development management approach to:

Developing project opportunities;
Meeting objectives required to commence and deliver projects on greenfield sites or within existing villages;
Considering and meeting the strategic needs of stakeholders and maintenance of highquality relationships;
Deliver asset returns and optimized value to our investors and stakeholders; and
Achieve CLV ESG targets.
