Lunch/Dinner Onsite Chef (Full time, Mon - Thurs)**:
- with $250 Signing Bonus (after 90 days)**Reports To: General Managers
Andro's Rostilj is looking for high caliber Chefs in Campbell, CA that are passionate about food and working with a team of professionals.
We are a talented group of chefs and servers, along with a few Business people, who are changing the way companies provide food for their employees.
Primary job responsibilities and duties include, but are not limited to:- Prepare and package onsite food and meals for daily service by meeting quality and safety guidelines.
- Provide a high level of customer service and promote a personal chef style dining atmosphere.
- Assist the onsite Server team with preparation and packaging of themed meals, special events, banquets, breakfast service, and dinner service.
- Record onsite production and consumption figures relating to food prepared onsite.
- Work closely with the Account Managers, and General Managers to keep clients satisfied with our food program.
- Review the daily menu and allergens.
- Manage serving large groups quickly through attentive service.
- Ensure all service and food items are accounted for and loaded in the van properly, prior to departing the kitchen facility.
- Uphold highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation through proper cleaning and sanitizing of all serving areas, prep areas, cargo vans, insulated food carriers, carts, and other items used for service.
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position throughout entire shift
- Must be able to move continuously inside the offices to kitchens and client sites
- Must be able to constantly position self to maintain equipment and supplies
- Assist with specific client Action Station prep, production, and onsite execution.
- Other duties as assigned by management
- Adhere to Company standards and standard food safety practices.
- Dress Code, Food Quality Standards, Food Temperatures, Station Cleanliness, Timeliness, Sense of Urgency, Professional Conduct, Trash removal/Discarded Product/Weighing Leftovers
- Excellent customer service and hospitality skills.
- Ability to work well under intense time pressure.
- Excellent emotional control in a fastpaced environment.
- Current ServSafe Handler certificate.
- 3+ years experience as a server in a high volume establishment.
- Must be able to lift 40+lbs throughout the shift
- Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Must be comfortable driving catering vans daily.
- Must meet COVID19 Vaccination requirements for onsite client facing positions
- Banquet Chef experience with high volume production is a plus.
Compensation and Perks:

$250 SIGN-ON BONUS after 90 days of eligible employment status:
- Pay range: $26/hr; Non-Exempt
- Parttime; typically Tuesday
- Thursday
- Holidays off (based on client site)
