JOB SUMMARY


This role will support the Marriott Digital Merchandising Experience team (DME) and digital product team in managing their US domestic and international credit cards content across the client digital footprint in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).

The role will work across teams to ensure that the correct content and copy is approved and accurate.

He/She will work with existing templates and components to author content within the AEM CMS. He/She will leverage existing AEM templates, components, and workflows to update content.

This role will own the day-to-day content management operations and tasks to support product launches and other marketing initiatives as well as routine page maintenance.

He/She should have experience using complex instances of AEM and can do attitude for troubleshooting and finding solutions.
This role will be client facing and will need strong written and verbal communication skills.

They should possess the ability to write and refine copy that will be used in components and ensure that it adheres with Marriott guidelines.

This role should understand market segmentation and personalization and that different campaigns will go to different target audiences (regions, languages, business markets).


CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience:


  • Undergraduate degree, equivalent experience, or certification
  • 4 years' experience authoring content in AEM
  • Experience in Adobe Target and working in an Agile environment is a plus
  • Experience in building and manipulating content in AEM
  • Strong copywriting skills, proofing and attention to detail
  • Experience with Jira and a ticketing system
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and conceptual skills
  • Flexible attitude in shifting development environments
  • Excellent communication (spoken, written, presentation) with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms
  • Enjoy working both autonomously and collaboratively
