Salinas Valley Post Acute is hiring a Sat/Sun receptionist- High School Diploma required
- Greet visitors with a friendly and positive demeanor
- Monitor visitor access
- Maintain visitor signin log
- Answer multiline telephone system, screen and direct calls
- Take and relay messages
- Direct people to the appropriate destination
- Deal with queries from the public and customers
- Receive and sort mail
- Provide general administrative and clerical support limited to the receptionist area
- Schedule appointments and maintain meeting room bookings
- Tidy and maintain the reception area.
- Professional personal presentation
Hours:
Saturday & Sunday 8:30am to 5:00pm
Job Type:
Part-time
Pay:
$ $19.00 per year
Expected hours: 16 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekends only
