DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and interact with guests.
- Create a welcoming environment for guests, assess their needs and make recommendations.
- Set the tables, ensuring the good overall presentation of the restaurant.
- Place new table cloths, plates, cutlery and glasses.
- Clean and sanitize tables, chairs and counters.
- Fill and refill water glasses and beverages.
- Assist waiters in taking and relaying orders to the kitchen.
- Responsible for serving food and drinks to customers.
- Assist in setting and maintaining the company standards for the restaurant service and food quality.
