Responsibilities:

  • Lead all aspects of the M&A process, from identifying potential deals to conducting due diligence, negotiating terms, and finalizing transactions
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with key players in the renewable energy industry, such as developers, investors, and other industry participants
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify potential acquisition targets and investment opportunities
  • Evaluate and assess potential transactions, including financial analysis, risk assessment, and strategic fit
  • Create and present investment proposals to senior management and investment committees
  • Collaborate closely with legal, financial, and other internal teams to ensure successful execution of transactions
  • Monitor and manage the performance of portfolio companies, including financial and operational performance, risk management, and strategic planning
  • Stay informed on industry trends, regulations, and market dynamics to inform investment strategies and decision-making

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, or a related field, with a focus on renewable energy
  • Demonstrated success in identifying and executing M&A transactions in the renewable energy sector
  • Strong financial and analytical skills, with the ability to conduct comprehensive financial analysis and modeling
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills,
