Your tasks

Comprehensive processing of ordering processes, from obtaining quotes to placing orders and confirming orders
Invoice verification in coordination with requesters from different departments
Creating suppliers in our ERP system and maintaining purchasingrelated data in the project landscape
Participation in the optimization and creation of processes
Handling supplier complaints together with the quality department
Creating evaluations for purchasing controlling

Your profile

Completed commercial training
Experience in working with ERP systems and knowledge of operational processes
Flexibility and willingness to quickly and comprehensively familiarize yourself with new tasks
Experience in working with common MS Office applications
Responsible, solutionoriented, and independent way of working
Friendly demeanor and enjoyment of tasks
