    Role Description

    This is a hybrid internship role with Norlantic Capital located in New York, NY, with flexibility for some remote work. This role is ideal for MBA candidates with prior experience in finance, consulting, or private equity. As an MBA Intern, you will be responsible for assisting with various day-to-day tasks, including market research, financial analysis, due diligence, sourcing, managing junior resources and vendors, assisting with deal execution, and supporting fundraising efforts. The role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and exposure to the private equity industry.

    Qualifications

    • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    • Knowledge of the private equity industry
    • Enrollment in an MBA program or recent MBA graduate
