Duties will include:
- Answering phones
- You will need to be a good listener and take detailed phone messages.
- Accurately distributing messages
- Entering caller/client data
- Addressing client greeting cards
- Helping both the Listing & Closing Managers with tasks as needed
- Other basic office duties
- Occasional errand running (dropping off lockboxes, brochures, home checks, etc)
We are looking for someone with the following skills/attributes:
- Must be
extremely computer savvy. - Must be familiar with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Possess
EXCEPTIONAL attention to detail. We are a multimilliondollar real estate team and there is
little margin for error in our office. - Spectacular organizational skills.
- Able to multitask effectively and efficiently.
- Must be a quick learner and an excellent problem solver.
- Possess a willingness to do what it takes to get the job done, at times having the ability to think outside the box.
- Possess excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as a team.
- Must have excellent communication skills both verbally and written.
