    The Opportunity:
    Join our team as the VP of Product Growth at GrowthDay, the world's #1 personal growth company.

    In this role, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing growth strategies that align with our company's overarching vision.

    As a strategic leader, you will bring your extensive digital product experience, having successfully contributed to the growth of major tech brands globally.

    You'll be able to leverage your skills in market analysis, user experience, and data analytics to inform and drive product strategies, ensuring they meet market demands and growth objectives.

    Your leadership will be key to GrowthDay as you collaborate across departments, inspiring and supporting a diverse product team.

    What You Will Do In This Role:
    Develop and implement growth strategies for the product, aligning with the company's overall vision.
    Utilize skill in analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product strategies.
    Lead product development initiatives, ensuring they meet market demands and growth objectives.
    Demonstrate expertise in using data analytics to guide product decisions and measure growth outcomes.
    Apply a strong understanding of user experience (UX) and its impact on product adoption and growth.
    Effectively work with various departments like marketing, sales, and engineering to drive product growth.
    Showcase your leadership by developing product-led growth strategies for customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
    Encourage innovation and creative thinking in product development and growth strategies.
    Apply understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and ROI analysis related to product growth initiatives.
    Utilize strong leadership skills to inspire and manage a diverse product team.
    Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal collaboration and external stakeholder engagement.
    Display the ability to adapt to changing market conditions and pivot strategies as needed.
    Leverage familiarity with the latest technologies and understand how they can be leveraged for product growth.
    Showcase skill in setting and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for product growth.
    Demonstrate a commitment to continuous learning and applying best practices in product growth.
