- Lead the implementation of new data pipelines through collaborative teamwork
- Execute and support various enterprise data initiatives such as Data Management, Master Data, Data Governance, Business Intelligence, and analytics in alignment with organizational goals
- Address enterprise privacy and compliance requirements, ensuring the security of sensitive data
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective enterprise data solutions
- Engage with data analysts/architects to comprehend enterprise processes and models
- Deliver efficient ETL, orchestrations, and messaging solutions of high quality
- Implement secure credential management options and encryption practices
- Create and maintain data dictionaries, technical documentation, runbooks, and standards
- Support the deployment of advanced analytics models including AI/ML/LLM and prescriptive analytics
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field with a minimum of 8 years of experience, or Master's degree with at least 6 years of experience relating to the design and implementation of enterprise integration and ETL solutions. Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server and its BI stack (SSIS, SSAS, SSRS, Power BI) or cloud equivalents
- Extensive experience (7-10 years) with messaging and microservices solutions, including API management, SOA, queue management, and enterprise service bus
- Knowledge and experience (3+ years) in lake house, big data, or cloud data environments
- Familiarity with data structures, data warehousing, data visualization, statistics, and analytical models
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead projects and work independently
- Proficiency in data management best practices, ETL/ELT development, REST, ODATA, and SOAP implementations
- Experience in agile environments and practices such as SAFe, scrum, and DevOps
- Knowledge of AI development, machine learning models, and libraries (pandas, numpy, tensorflow)
- Exposure to cloud data tools such as DocumentDB, Data Lake, Synapse, NoSQL, Hadoop/Spark, Data Bricks, Glue, and Data Factory
- Working understanding of core business platforms like SAP, Salesforce, Adobe, ServiceNow, and Microsoft
- Familiarity with Governance and Master Data principles
- Development expertise in cloud platforms like AWS and Azure, as well as tools like MuleSoft, LogicApps, and SSIS

Job Title: Senior Data Integration Engineer at Esri
Overview
In this technical role, as a Senior Data Integration Engineer at Esri, you will be leading the acquisition, transformation, and management of enterprise data. Your main focus will involve ETL/ELT and messaging processes between business systems and enterprise repositories. You will play a crucial role in establishing policies and standards for development, documentation, compliance, and support. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with and mentor other enterprise teams to improve shared standards, practices, and infrastructure while ensuring compliance. Moreover, you will be responsible for monitoring system health, maintaining the environment, and enhancing content security. This position will require close interaction with both technical partners (Developers, Stewards, DBAs, Architects) and business partners.
