YOUR TASKS

  • Development and design of optical and mechanical components and assemblies, as well as lighting systems in the areas of exterior and interior, and their integration into vehicles
  • Creation of mechanical concepts, detailed designs, and error analysis
  • Support of the entire development process until series production, if necessary throughout the entire series production period
  • Responsibility for geometric integration/package, functional and kinematic analysis, assembly investigations, and design evaluations
  • Preparation of necessary project documentation and presentation of results

YOUR PROFILE

  • Completed degree in mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, or a comparable technical field, or completion of a solid technical education with relevant work experience
  • Extensive CAD knowledge with CATIA V5
  • Experience in the design of lighting systems and development processes in the automotive industry
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills, as well as confident interaction with external and internal contacts
