    Description
    Sourcing Specialist/Lead
    Location: Columbus, IN/Hybrid

    Description
    Responsibilities for this position will include the following:
    • Manages sourcing activities aimed at reducing cost, minimizing risk, and optimizing business processes.
    • Identifies, plans, and implements continuous improvement opportunities within the supply chain as needed.
    • Builds strong relationships with and fosters communication among key purchasing stakeholders across business units and functions.
    • Drives total cost TCO reductions across the entire supply chain as needed
      Identifies opportunities and leads continuous improvement activities within key processes.
    • Key skills that are helpful for this position are purchasing/commercial experience, negotiation experience, knowledge and/or experience with supply contracts, and project management skills.
    • Industry experience in sourcing related activities such as RFQ, loading pricing, creating PO's, project management.

      Qualifications:
    • 3-5 years related experience.
    • Manager is looking for candidates with knowledge and professional experience managing sourcing activities, RFQs to suppliers, analyzing and making decisions with total cost reduction.
    • Familiarity with contracts, good communication skills and project management skills.
    • Oracle program experience is a plus.
    • Knowledge of ERP software and systems also a plus.
    • Intermediate Excel skills; MS Office
