Description

These are your responsibilities:

  • Configuration of internal purchase orders for Liebherr, including ordering and delivery schedule planning using internal software solutions
  • Obtaining quotes and processing orders from external suppliers
  • Planning and coordinating the delivery of ordered equipment, including tracking deadlines, bottlenecks, and backlogs
  • Creating purchase orders for fixed assets and commercial goods in the internal ordering system
  • Managing fixed assets in the ERP system (IBM) AS400
  • Maintaining supplier master data and payment terms/price lists
  • Collecting data and creating decisionmaking bases for the purchasing management
  • Independently carrying out secretarial and administrative tasks in the daily operations of the purchasing management (right hand of the purchasing management)

You bring with you:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
  • Several years of professional experience
  • Excellent German language skills
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Experience with the "AS400" system is desirable
  • Independent, reliable, and structured way of working
  • Flexibility, communication skills, cooperative work style/teamwork
  • Basic technical knowledge is desirable
