What to expect from us:

  • Management of existing suppliers as well as search and selection of new contract partners
  • Conducting contract and price negotiations as well as developing and concluding project and framework agreements
  • Continuous optimization of purchasing conditions and the entire procurement process, taking into account costs, quality, and delivery performance
  • Development and implementation of innovative purchasing strategies in coordination with sales, engineering, project management, and operational purchasing
  • Active support in major projects
  • Design, optimization, implementation, and monitoring of processes for the procurement department, considering implemented IMS systems (e.g. ISO 9001)
  • Representation of purchasing interests in escalation cases from the operational area
  • Collaboration with the group-wide purchasing team to coordinate future strategies and benefit from volume bundling

How to convince us:

  • Successfully completed studies (business administration, industrial engineering, or similar) or completed commercial training with relevant professional experience in purchasing
  • Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Extensive experience with ERP systems
  • Strong communication skills, social competence, and assertiveness
  • Entrepreneurial thinking combined with an analytical, structured, reliable, and independent way of working
