Assertive Energy Converter The MVV Netze GmbH, as the network company of MVV with around 500 employees, is responsible for the operation of its electricity, gas, district heating, and water networks in Mannheim and the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region.

Our department for operation of HS/MS systems and networks is looking for a Power Engineer (m/f/d) at our location in Mannheim.

Full-time | Start: immediately What to expect: As a Power Engineer (m/f/d), you will independently accompany, plan, and monitor infrastructure measures in the field of electrical engineering.

You will develop technical concepts and strategies for the future development of electricity networks. You will drive innovative technologies for the new network requirements. You will work on standardizing operating equipment and developing strategies in collaboration with other organizational units. You will be responsible for planning and supervising projects and measures for network expansion. You will be responsible for monitoring and meeting financial and technical quality goals. You will lead projects within and outside your own area of responsibility and/or work on cross-organizational projects. You will support sales in acquiring services.


Your qualifications:
Completed master's degree in electrical engineering or a comparable field. Ideally, several years of professional experience.

Experience in the operation, planning, and construction of electricity networks in the voltage levels of 110, 20, and 0.4 kV is desirable.
