As a parent initiative, we operate three children's houses, an open all-day program at a combined primary school with two locations, and a kitchen in Siegburg.

For our children's houses, we are looking for EDUCATORS / PEDAGOGICAL SPECIALISTS / ADDITIONAL STAFF (M/F/D).

Our houses are based on the concept of open work and Montessori pedagogy, which is complemented and further developed by elements of other approaches.

This forms the basis of our pedagogical actions and shapes our attitude towards children and their families.
