Providing optimal customer service is the foundation for a long and satisfied business relationship.

Together with your team colleagues, you will take care of all matters concerning our customers and advise them on solutions to optimize their process flows.


YOUR PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Telephone service/support
  • Planning, organizing and coordinating all installation and commissioning work, as well as service, maintenance and repair work
  • Communication with customers, service technicians, service partners and departments
  • Administration and data entry of processes in SAP
  • Evaluation and processing of reporting
  • General correspondence and processing of invoices

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship, e.g. industrial clerk or similar
