Minimum Education Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of two years of education and related experience in secretarial science, office administration, or related field, or two years of related experience in secretarial science, office administration, or related field.
Minimum Experience One year of secretarial, office, or related experience.Minimum Other Authorization to work in the US Candidates for searches must have current authorization to be employed in the U.S.

Ranking 2 Job Duty Schedule and arrange meetings for assigned Directors of Development with donors/prospective donors and university administrators; maintain extensive, detailed calendar.
Ranking 3 Job Duty Prepare itinerary and secure travel arrangements for assigned Directors of Development for purposes of meetings, donor cultivation, and stewardship; coordinate all travel details; process travel authorizations; compile and submit expense reports.
Ranking 4 Job Duty Compile and submit weekly and monthly activity/fundraising reports for assigned directors.Ranking 5 Job Duty Research donor information using university databases (Reeher, Blackbaud/NXT, Chrome River, Microsoft Office/Excel, internet search engines); compile information and produce reports; enter interactions in databases; maintain confidentiality.
Ranking 6 Job Duty Coordinate and arrange on and off campus donor related functions involving university personnel, volunteers and major donors.
