:

The Electrical Engineer provides extensive expertise in a variety of complex electrical projects. Applies expertise in both electrical and mechanical engineering in various aspects of the development of components and control systems. Responsible for the electrical engineering aspects of development and ensures designs meet the product requirements.

Responsibilities:

Provides significant Electrical Engineering expertise to complex assignments throughout the project life cycle
Analyzes customer/system requirements, derives hardware requirements, and translates them into electrical design, while performing design verification testing
Acts as a technical expert to ensure designs meet product requirements and comply with regulations
Designs and improves circuits to meet functional block diagrams, while using best practices
Performs value analysis during the product design phase, while optimizing product development costs
Acts as a resource for colleagues and able to explain difficult or sensitive information to build consensus
Other responsibilities as assigned
Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance
Regular, consistent and punctual attendance is required. May need to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and additional hours as necessary

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering
Master's degree preferred

* 7 years of electrical engineering experience

Skills and Knowledge:

Demonstrated expertise with complex Electrical Engineering solutions
Ability to improve products or services by applying professional and business knowledge
Able to solve complex problems; makes decisions based on the analysis of multiple sources of information
Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to drive tasks to completion
Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management tools

Descripción del trabajo:
El ingeniero eléctrico proporciona una amplia experiencia en una variedad de proyectos eléctricos complejos. Aplica experiencia en ingeniería eléctrica y mecánica en diversos aspectos del desarrollo de componentes y sistemas de control.

Responsable de los aspectos de ingeniería eléctrica del desarrollo y garantiza que los diseños cumplan con los requisitos del producto.

Responsabilidades:

Proporciona experiencia significativa en ingeniería eléctrica para tareas complejas durante todo el ciclo de vida del proyecto.
Analiza los requisitos del sistema/cliente, deriva los requisitos de hardware y los traduce en diseño eléctrico, mientras realiza pruebas de verificación del diseño.
Actúa como experto técnico para garantizar que los diseños cumplan con los requisitos del producto y las regulaciones.
Diseña y mejora circuitos para cumplir con los diagramas de bloques funcionales, mientras utiliza las mejores prácticas.
Realiza análisis de valor durante la fase de diseño del producto, mientras optimiza los costos de desarrollo del producto.
Actúa como un recurso para colegas y es capaz de explicar información difícil o sensible para generar consenso.
Otras responsabilidades asignadas
Ejercicio constante de criterio independiente y discreción en asuntos de importancia.

Educación y experiencia:

Licenciatura en Ingeniería

*Preferiblemente maestría
* 7 años de experiencia en ingeniería eléctrica.

Habilidades y conocimientos:

Experiencia demostrada con soluciones complejas de ingeniería eléctrica.
Capacidad para mejorar productos o servicios aplicando conocimientos profesionales y empresariales.
Capaz de resolver problemas complejos; Toma decisiones basadas en el análisis de múltiples fuentes de información.
Habilidades de comunicación interpersonal, verbal y escrita efectivas para llevar a cabo las tareas hasta su finalización.
Dominio de Microsoft Office y herramientas de gestión de bases de datos.
