- The successful candidates will serve as a trusted security agent under the Functional Control Assessor (FSCA) providing cybersecurity assessments for non-enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will also serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) providing cybersecurity support to various IPTs throughout the Strategic Systems Program (SSP) system engineering and development lifecycle.
- This support also includes occasional travel to customer sites for milestone meetings, audits and onsite validations
- Lead validator for respective branch Assessment and Authorization packages
- Observe and or review test cases, and monitor changes in information systems that might affect the security posture
- Consult with system ISSEs and system owners regarding incorporation of cybersecurity best practices into system development/ modernization/management efforts
- Assist with the development of policy documents, processes and guidance
- Attend and provide meeting minutes for Support Program Reviews, System Requirement Reviews, and periodic reviews for the purpose of providing security and authorization issue inputs
- Document the security posture, capabilities, and vulnerabilities against relevant CCIs and draft an executive summary within the SSP RMF ATO packages
- Understanding of the various SSP Ordinance Documents (OD) and system prioritizations
- Review and provide comments on program level documents and artifacts
- Assist with Business Development activities as required to support SDC's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews. Employee Benefits
