ABOUT THE POSITION

  • Selling of tourist services from our entire product range
  • Competent advice and enthusiasm for our customers
  • Active customer acquisition and retention through friendly and interactive customer communication (in person, by phone, email, internet & social media) as well as high service orientation
  • Correspondence with customers and service providers
  • Assisting in optimizing our work processes
  • Supporting the team with all tasks in the travel agency

ABOUT YOU

  • Completed training as a travel agent or tourism specialist
  • Professional experience in a fullservice travel agency is an advantage, but beginners are also welcome
  • Strong knowledge of the industry, products, and destinations
  • Proficiency in using reservation/booking systems
  • Excellent written and spoken German skills
  • Sales and customer service talent with a goaloriented and serviceoriented approach
  • Interest in modern technology and multimedia communication
  • Communicative, dedicated personality with a strong team spirit
