We are seeking a motivated and experienced Real Estate Agent to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting residential and commercial properties
• Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
• Create and maintain listings of available properties
• Present properties to potential buyers or tenants
• Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
• Coordinate property showings and open houses
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the entire transaction process
• Stay updated on real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices
• Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as mortgage lenders, appraisers, and home inspectors

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent or similar role
• Strong knowledge of real estate administrative processes and procedures
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
• Bilingual proficiency is a plus
• Familiarity with local market trends and property values
• Customer serviceoriented mindset
• Knowledge of property management principles is beneficial
• Understanding of real estate law and regulations
• Proven track record in sales and negotiation

$110, $125,878.00 per year
