We are looking for you in PROPERTY MANAGEMENT / REAL ESTATE MANAGEMENT PROPERTY MANAGER (M/F/D) FOR OUR LOCATION IN WEDEL (SH) IN FULL-TIME/PART-

TIME YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Processing of all contractual matters in the initial and subsequent rental of residential and commercial spaces
Preparation of operating cost and utility bills
Organization and coordination of maintenance and repair work
Communication with tenants, landlords, and service providers
Preparation of rental contracts and other legal documents
Participation in property inspections and tenant meetings
Budget planning and monitoring of expenses
General administrative tasks related to property management.
