The Senior Sales Executive role is a front-line growth position for a confident, strategic seller who thrives in a high-impact, consultative environment. This is not transactional sales—it's about diagnosing risk, educating the market, and helping decision-makers rethink how security should work in a modern world. You'll engage directly with executives, property owners, and operations leaders to uncover vulnerabilities, quantify risk, and position a proactive security solution that delivers real-world results.

We are especially interested in candidates who have experience selling into the cannabis or automotive dealership industries. Your ability to navigate complex B2B buying processes, understand highly regulated environments, and educate stakeholders will set you up for success in translating our security platform into measurable value for these verticals.

You'll own the full sales cycle end-to-end, from prospecting and discovery through demonstration, proposal, and close. Success in this role comes from the ability to sell value over price, prevention over reaction, and outcomes over features. For the right candidate, this role offers significant earning potential, autonomy, and the opportunity to help shape the growth of a rapidly scaling security platform.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business through outbound efforts and strategic relationship-building

  • Identify client security risks and translate them into tailored, results-driven solutions

  • Present and demonstrate live video monitoring, AI-assisted surveillance, and real-time intervention capabilities

  • Design custom security packages that balance effectiveness, coverage, and cost

  • Guide clients through onboarding, ensuring smooth implementation and long-term satisfaction

  • Maintain strong post-sale relationships to support retention and expansion opportunities

  • Stay current on market trends, competitors, and emerging security technologies

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience; experience selling into the cannabis or automotive dealership industries strongly preferred

  • Working knowledge of video surveillance, digital monitoring, AI-driven security, or similar solutions

  • Ability to quickly grasp and clearly explain technical solutions to non-technical buyers

  • Confident communicator with strong negotiation and closing skills

  • Self-starter mindset with excellent time management and pipeline discipline

Compensation & Growth

  • $100,000 base salary

  • Uncapped commission with realistic $150,000–$175,000+ OTE for top performers

  • Strong enablement, training, and ongoing sales support
