Description
Horace is looking for a Shopper & Customer Activation Manager (m/f/d) to join our team in Düsseldorf. We are a company that values brands, diversity, and our employees. Our products, including Alpine herbs, colorful lollipops, and strong pastilles, are loved by many.


As part of our Category & Shopper Marketing Team, you will be responsible for leading and executing comprehensive campaigns at the point of sale in close collaboration with our sales and marketing departments.

This includes developing and monitoring promotions and secondary placements based on our brand, communication, and promotion strategies, as well as shopper insights.


You will also analyze shopper marketing trends and utilize consumer data from market research to understand customer preferences and trends.

In addition, you will work with our sales team to prepare sell-in and sell-out stories.


We expect you to have at least three years of experience in sales, marketing, or trade marketing in the FMCG industry (German retail) and ideally have some experience at the point of sale.

A degree in business or a related field is required.

You should also have a track record of successfully managing and implementing various projects, effective communication skills, and the ability to build and navigate relationships with different stakeholders.

Fluency in English is also necessary.
