    Nemours is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join their team at their Dover, DE location.



    Job Description:

    As a licensed practical nurse (LPN) at Nemours, you will play a key role in the healthcare team by providing essential nursing care. Your responsibilities include gathering patient data, collaborating on care plans, administering medications, assisting with procedures, and ensuring quality care for patients of all ages.



    Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather patient data and work with healthcare team on care plan
  • Provide quality care following professional standards and regulatory requirements
  • Administer medications and vaccines as prescribed
  • Assist with procedures allowed by LPN license
  • Perform point of care testing
  • Provide appropriate care to patients of all ages
  • Document patient information and measurements
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives
  • Handle patient and family inquiries effectively

    • Requirements:

    Graduate of accredited Licensed Practical Nurse program

    Active DE LPN licensure required

    Current BLS certification required from American Heart Association
