Your responsibilities:
You are the central point of contact for all customer inquiries (by phone, in person, or via email)

You manage the cash desk You provide comprehensive advice to our customers on all products offered by Stadtwerke Dachau You are responsible for contract processing, customer data changes, and clarification of contract, tariff, and billing questions You support the processing of customer requests for network connections in the areas of electricity, gas, and water What you bring:
