Job Overview:

Duties:


  • Reviewing and verifying invoices and expense reports for accuracy and completeness.
  • Coding and entering invoices into the accounts payable system.
  • Reconciling vendor statements and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Processing payments to vendors in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining accurate and uptodate accounts payable records.
  • Providing support to the accounting team as required.

Requirements:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in accounting is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk or in a similar role, preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable principles and procedures.
  • Familiarity with accounting software and proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay:
$45, $50,000.00 per year
