Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Contract Administrator 2 or 3 to join its team of qualified and diverse individuals supporting the Science and Robotic Exploration Contracts team.
. This position is located in our Gilbert, AZ office, and offers unique flexibility while supporting the Contracts team.
The Contract Administrator will be required to deal effectively with competing priorities and deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
The Contract Administrator must possess the ability to work well with others in high-stress high-volume situations, effectively interface with internal functional and program organizations, and meet the goals/objectives of the S&RE operating unit.
Roles and responsibilities of the Contracts Administrator or Principal Contracts Administrator will include the following:
- Support the development of metrics, reports, and responses to data calls.
- Assist with digital transformation for the Contracts' team.
- Maintain and update contract documents and official program records, including contractual documents and correspondence.
- Research contract issues and prepare analysis with citations.
- Support proposal preparation, contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract acquisition and fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.

Basic Qualifications for Contract Administrator (Level 2):
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution with 3+ years of Contracts, Business Administration, Finance or directly related experience, or Master's Degree with 1+ years of relevant Contracts, or directly related experience.
