Please note that:
- Oversee the delivery driver team and monitor their performance.
- Coordinate Schedules
- Optimize the routes by distributing routes and packages accordingly to the right driver with the correct truck
- Ensure that all drivers follow safety regulations and company policies.
- Track and report on driver performance metrics such as delivery time, missed deliveries, and customer complaints.
- Create and adjust routes in DRO (dynamic route optimization) system training available but experience preferred
- Maintain accurate records of packages and deliveries using company systems.
- Communicate with customers and resolve any deliveryrelated issues on time.
- Hire and train new delivery drivers as needed.
