- Develop a documented plan to prospect and secure new insurance accounts to meet set targets and corporate goals.
- Conduct on-site visits to evaluate risks, provide risk management advice, and deliver sales presentations.
- Maintain sales databases, prepare reports for management, and handle expense accounts efficiently.
- Participate in training sessions and events as needed, including visits to the Home Office for additional training.
- Bachelor's degree and relevant industry experience are preferred.
- P&C license is highly desired.
- Must obtain and keep proper insurance licenses and a valid driver's license.
- Ability to work independently, meet performance standards, and travel, including overnight stays.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with insurance policies and job-related software.
- Minimum: USD $38,500.00/year
- Maximum: USD $57,800.00/year
