Job Description and Duties

THIS IS A BILINGUAL - SPANISH POSITION; MUST BE ABLE TO PASS A BILINGUAL - SPANISH FLUENCY EXAMINATION.

TELEWORK IS CURRENTLY AVAILABLE, HOWEVER, STAFF MAY BE REQUIRED TO REPORT TO THEIR ASSIGNED HEADQUARTERS AS BUSINESS NEEDS ARISE.

Do you have a passion for helping people and enjoy working with a diverse population? We are seeking an individual that is self-driven, creative, and customer focused to assist customers and work cooperatively with local partners in the America's Job Center of California.

You would promote the Employment Development Department (EDD) and Workforce Services (WS) programs and/or services through the delivery method of self-service, facilitated self-help and staff assisted services by providing employment services to job seekers and employers.

Travel may be required within the Los Angeles Coastal Workforce Services Division.

This position currently includes a Geographic Pay differential of $250 per month for Santa Barbara County.

Positions exist in Santa Barbara ARU 072.
