Your tasks and responsibilities

Coordination of the process from procurement to provision in the office: purchasing of necessary furniture, purchasing of necessary IT, coordinating delivery announcements, collaboration with the building management, scheduling appointments with clients
Purchasing processes through our framework contract partners using internal IT programs (TEBIT and PeP) for the provision of business supplies, protective clothing, medical instruments and equipment, consumables, and printed materials
Provision of a new workplace, including advice on fire escape-optimized furnishings
Consulting with clients on which products can be used sensibly in and around the workplace
Handling of defects and performance disruptions in the workplace environment: "If the office chair can no longer be adjusted - we help to eliminate the disruption"
Invoice verification, creation of cash orders within the delegated framework
