Colony Ridge is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Social Media Assistant to join our team.

We are seeking an individual with excellent customer service skills, fluency in Spanish, reliable transportation, and a willingness to be a team player.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with various events, including corporate events, community gatherings, and more.
• Implement event processes to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
• Keep management informed of any issues or gaps in processes, as well as customer service initiatives.
• Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external customers to ensure satisfaction at all levels of activities.
• Expedite the flow of activities to ensure that each customer receives services in a fun and friendly environment.
• Assist in stocking event inventory as needed to maintain event proficiency.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and neat work environment at all times, including straightening and maintaining the supply and decoration room as needed on a daily basis.
• Set up and break down equipment and decorations for events.
• Maintain a positive attitude and build strong customer relationships.
• Meet and greet clients when they visit our offices.
• Assist with photography and videography, capturing behindthescenes content for social media posts (training provided).
• Check out with the manager or manager "incharge" prior to leaving to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Fluent in Spanish.
• Reliable transportation.
• Ability to work as a team player, always willing to offer and ask for help.

Pay:
$ $14.00 per hour
